What Is the Lifetime Price Guarantee?
In a nutshell, whatever service you pay Total Home Care for, you will pay the same to have that exact service again, whether you have it done in 12 months’ time or 12 years time.
Total Home Care makes a promise to you the consumer, that whatever price you pay for a service, should you use that very service again thereafter, you will not pay more than the price originally paid upon your first purchase.
Here's an Example
Total Home Care decorate your lounge at a cost of £450.
Twelve months later, you would like Total Home Care to redecorate your lounge to the same/equivalent spec, however this time it is priced at £550, meaning the service should cost £100 more than the previous time.
However, because you qualified for the Lifetime Price Guarantee when you originally had Total Home Care decorate your lounge, your original cost will be on our records and as a returning customer you will only be charged the original £450 for the service.
This extends for life!
Should you decide 5 years down the line you want your lounge redecorating, to the same/equivalent spec as previously done, you will still only pay the original cost of £450.
